The Unique ‘Duke’

By becoming a member, you will be a key part of The Duke’s family and your monthly subscription will make an important contribution to help preserve and safeguard this unique loco for future generations. All memberships give you access to the latest working party reports, back copies of our newsletters and exclusive downloads alongside the opportunity to purchase a ticket to ride behind The Duke on his loaded test run.

You can support The Duke through a legacy, a one-off donation, a shop purchase, sponsorship of one of The Duke’s 176 boiler tubes or ‘hands on’ by joining our working parties and/or support crew. You can also help by registering for Smile Amazon where your purchases generate donations to The Duke.

No matter how magnificent, The Duke cannot run without his MK1 support coach which requires extensive refurbishment to bring it to 21st century main line standards so why not sponsor 3 inches or a linear foot

Whatever you choose, there will always be a warm welcome for you within The Duke’s family.

Excellent updates.( I’m still stalling my wife re ‘0’ gauge Duke I bought some months ago – agh! & the roller-bearings…so better keep low on the new models up for bidding…)

Looking forward to getting ‘hands-on’ again within careful hygiene protocols. Great work Team. Always good to see updated profile in Steam Railway. The Old Push & Pull the Product always works.
